Yes. Networks use Sublynk for free with no lead fees and no commissions on any contractor they connect with.
What does the $25/month include?
Your first network and Sublynk Certified: a verified public profile, unlimited Lynks and job applications, 5 job posts per quarter, and unlimited storage and tracking of your licenses, certifications, and background checks. No lead fees, no commissions.
What's the difference between $25 and $35?
$25/month covers your first network. $35/month lets you join unlimited networks. Either way, add $10/month per additional location.
What if I need to post more than 5 jobs a quarter?
Open a free network account. Contractors who manage their own subcontractors can hold both a contractor and a network account, and network accounts include unlimited job posts. Note that network accounts must maintain their contractors within Sublynk. You cannot post jobs to funnel contractors to a separate platform.
How much do background checks cost?
Background checks are billed at cost, from $35 (same business day) up to $145 for owner-level screening.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract. Cancel anytime. If you cancel, your open job postings, applications, and monitoring will be closed. Your Lynks will also be notified that you are no longer compliant.
