Making Lynks
Find vetted partners. Build real business relationships. No fees to connect.
A Lynk is a verified connection between two vetted contractors, or between a contractor and a business that needs their work. Every Lynk starts from the same baseline: both sides have already cleared vetting. Licensed. Insured. Background-checked. No guesswork.
What you get when you Lynk
When you Lynk with someone, you get access to their verified documents: insurance, licenses, certifications, all in one place. If they fall out of compliance later, you are notified automatically. That is a lot of back-office admin you no longer have to chase down yourself.
Grow through your Lynks
Use Lynks to find subcontractors for overflow work, connect with general contractors and networks, and build repeatable partnerships instead of starting from zero on every job. The more you use the network, the more opportunity it creates, without adding cost.
This is different from the free public contractor search, which anyone can use without an account to find a contractor's public profile. Growing through Lynks means building real, ongoing connections inside the platform, as part of your subscription.
Post and fill jobs
Every Sublynk member can post job opportunities to the job board, at little to no cost. Compare that to the $300 or more that other platforms charge per posting. Choose between two types of postings:
- Ongoing — for a regular subcontractor relationship
- One-time — for a single job
Job postings go out on the public job board, inside the app, and beyond. Everyone who responds has already been vetted before you ever make contact.
You shouldn't have to just hope.
Every new partnership used to start the same way: hoping the other side was who they said they were and finding out the hard way when they weren’t. On Sublynk, both sides have already cleared the same bar before you ever say hello.
Licensed. Insured. Background-checked. No guesswork.
FAQ
What is a Lynk?
A Lynk is a verified connection between two vetted contractors, or between a contractor and a business that needs their work. Each Lynk shares compliance data and paperwork with the other that includes W9, insurance, licenses, and more.
Is there a fee to make a Lynk?
No. Making Lynks is included in your subscription, with no per-connection fee.
What's the difference between Lynks and the public contractor search?
The public search tool is free for anyone to use and only shows a contractor's public profile. Lynks are the in-platform connections that give you access to verified documents and require a Sublynk account.
