Or you can connect via API to pull verified contractor data directly into your own systems and check credentials as often as you need. We can walk you through both options on a demo.

What does it cost our platform to use Sublynk?

Nothing. Sublynk is free for platforms. The model is funded by contractor subscriptions — contractors pay $25 per month to be Sublynk Certified. Your platform gets access to verified contractor data, the Sublynk Certified badge, and API or app access at no cost.

How does Sublynk Certified status increase conversion for our platform?

Sublynk Certified is a visible trust signal backed by independent verification, not a self-reported badge. Every certified contractor has a public page that is shareable with your customers. When consumers or businesses on your platform can see that a contractor has verified licenses, insurance, background checks, and business credentials, it removes friction at the decision point. Differentiated pros convert better.

What contractor verification tools does Sublynk replace?

Sublynk consolidates license verification, COI verification, background checks, KYC, and business credential checks into one platform. If you're currently paying per-check to stale license data vendors, using a separate COI tool, or running manual verification workflows, Sublynk replaces all of that at no cost to you.

How current is the verification data?

It varies based on credential. Most are real-time and ongoing. Sublynk verifies licenses directly with governing bodies, insurance directly with the producing broker — not from a contractor-supplied PDF — and monitors every credentialed pro continuously. Subynk is added to insurance policies so we are notified of policy changes or cancellations. If something lapses, the contractor's status updates immediately. You're never relying on a point-in-time snapshot that's already out of date.

What happens on our platform if a contractor's credentials lapse?

Sublynk's continuous monitoring handles it automatically. When a credential expires or fails, the contractor's Sublynk Certified status updates in real time. If you're pulling data via API, that change is reflected immediately. You don't need to run manual audits or chase renewals — Sublynk surfaces the issue as soon as it happens.

How is Sublynk different from the verification vendors we already use?

Most verification vendors do a one-time check at onboarding and hand you a static result. Background checks often stop at the owner. Subcontractors are never factored in. Sublynk verifies at the source, monitors continuously, and gives contractors a portable profile they actively maintain as a sales tool — which means the data stays current because the contractor is incentivized to keep it that way. You also get a network of already-vetted pros rather than running each contractor through a fresh verification process every time.
