About Sublynk: Sublynk builds the connective fabric between businesses and the contractors they rely on. Our platform enables same-day, continuous vetting of trade professionals. Businesses use Sublynk to establish trusted connections built on real-time verification that accelerates the sourcing and scaling of contractor resources, eliminates risk, and allows any approved business to find and connect with other vetted pros on demand.

The Role: We are seeking a Founding Account Executive to expand revenue across multiple product line opportunities with initial founder-led sales already in place. Our current focus includes commercial property managers, general contractors, existing Sublynk customers, and home services companies that need a scalable solution to their contractor sourcing & vetting needs. 

This is the first sales hire at Sublynk and requires someone capable of thriving in ambiguity. Our ideal candidate is equally comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and building high-volume outbound engines for individual contractors.

You will not inherit a coin-operated machine, you will build it. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the founders to build out the sales function.
  • Target and close contracts ranging from 4 to 6 figures within multiple target segments.
  • Multi-thread complex deals, securing buy-in from executives, department leaders, legal, procurement, and IT.
  • Leverage Sublynk’s competitive advantage, emphasizing the value same-day onboarding and de-risking brings to contractor networks of all kinds.
  • Build a highly structured pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and navigating extensive vendor onboarding and infosec reviews.
  • Collaborate with product and leadership teams to relay market feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, specifically within an early stage startup.
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure ACV deals with 6-to-9-month sales cycles.
  • Experience selling into one of our target markets such as commercial property managers, service networks, or individual contractors and general contractors.
  • Experience managing complex legal redlines and IT security audits during the procurement process.
  • Capable of building AI driven outreach pipelines for business development.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000
  • OTE: $240,000 – $300,000 (Uncapped)
  • Equity: 0.2% – 0.4%
